Thank you for using the AI services provided by LTX Studio. We hope you are satisfied with our products and services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. LTX Studio operates on a prepaid credit system. Your eligibility for a refund depends on the time elapsed since your purchase and the percentage of credits used.

1. Full Refund (Within 7 Days & 10% or Less Usage)

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

•The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

•10% or less of the purchased credits have been used.

In this case, the order will be refunded in full, and any remaining credits will be removed from your account.

2. Prorated Refund (Within 7 Days & Over 10% Usage)

You are eligible for a prorated refund based solely on unused credits if:

•The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days; AND

•More than 10% of the purchased credits have been used.

The refund amount is calculated using the following formula:

Refund Amount = (Total Order Price ÷ Total Credits Purchased) × Unused Credits

Example:

Order Price: $29.90

Credits Purchased: 400

Credits Used: 100

Unused Credits: 300

Calculation: 29.90 ÷ 400 × 300 = 22.43

Please note: Credits that have already been consumed represent irreversible AI computing costs and are non-refundable.

3. No Refund (After 7 Days)

If more than 7 calendar days have passed since the original purchase date, the order is not eligible for a refund, regardless of credit usage.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

•Credits that have already been utilized.

•Bonus, gifted, or promotional credits.

•Taxes, payment processing fees, or currency conversion discrepancies.

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email with the following details:

•Registered Account Email Address

•Order Number or Transaction ID

•Date of Purchase

•Reason for the Refund

All requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Refund amounts are rounded to two decimal places.
